1. What this site is, and what it isn't
It is an informational, corporate site: it introduces the company, describes its solutions and offers a form to get in touch.
It is not a shop or an online service. Nothing is sold here, no services are contracted, there are no user accounts or private areas, and no payments are processed.
The information published is general and indicative. It is neither a binding offer nor professional advice: any engagement is set out in a separate contract signed by the parties.
2. Use of the site
You may browse the site, read it, quote it with attribution and share its links freely.
- Do not use it for unlawful purposes or contrary to good faith.
- Do not introduce malicious code or attempt to damage, overload or interrupt the service.
- Do not systematically extract its content by automated means in order to reuse it on another site or service.
- Do not attempt to access areas, systems or data that are not publicly available.
3. The contact form
Sending it creates no contractual relationship and binds neither party: it is an enquiry, and we answer it as such.
The data you enter must be truthful and yours, or belong to someone who authorised you to provide it. If you write on behalf of a company, you are understood to have authority to do so.
What we do with that data is explained in the privacy policy.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The text, design, code, images and product screenshots on this site belong to the owning company or are used under licence. They are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rules of Argentina and Spain and by the applicable international treaties.
You may reproduce excerpts citing the source and linking to the original. Any other use —substantial copying, distribution, transformation or commercial exploitation— requires our prior written authorisation.
Our clients' trade marks and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are displayed purely for identification purposes, to illustrate existing commercial relationships. Their presence does not imply that those companies sponsor, back or endorse our services.
If you own one of those marks and would rather it did not appear on the site, write to the address shown above and we will take it down.
5. Links to other sites
Some pages link to third-party sites, such as social media profiles. Those sites have their own owners, terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them.
A link does not imply that we endorse their content, and we are not answerable for what happens inside them.
6. Availability and liability
We take care to keep the information current and the site working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. There may be outages for maintenance, hosting provider failures or causes beyond our control.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
Nothing stated here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law: wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or the rights that consumer protection rules grant to anyone acting as a consumer.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or the applicable rules change. The version in force is always the one published here, with its update date in the header.
Changes take effect from publication and do not apply retroactively.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Argentine law, which is where the company that owns the site is domiciled. For any dispute with someone using the site in the course of their professional or business activity, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the San Isidro Judicial District, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This does not affect anyone accessing from Spain or another European Union Member State as a consumer: in that case the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence continue to apply, and they may bring a claim before the courts of their own domicile.
9. Contact
Any question about these terms is resolved by writing to the email address shown in the header of this page.
