ProdTech Connect · Systems integration
Connect anything. Built for your operation.
- API integrations
- X12 EDI
- File exchange
- Partner portal
- Built for your operation
- Supported by the team that built it
Your brokers, your carriers, your ERP, your customers' systems — ProdTech Connect links them, so orders, loads and status updates move on their own. Every integration is built for the way you work.
When every partner works differently
Stop re-keying. Start connecting.
Every broker, carrier and customer sends data in its own format, through its own channel. ProdTech Connect takes it in, translates it and delivers it ready for each of your systems.
Today
- A different format for every partner
- Orders re-keyed from emails and PDFs
- Status updates chased by phone
- Every manual entry is a chance for error
- Onboarding a partner is its own project
- Every new system adds another integration to maintain
With ProdTech Connect
- One layer in, clean data out
- Data entered once, everywhere it needs to be
- Status updates arrive on their own, as they happen
- Data validated on the way in, before it hits operations
- A new partner is one more connection on the same layer
- Your network grows without rebuilding what already works
It doesn't replace your systems. It gets them talking.
What it connects
Everything your operation runs on, on one integration layer
ProdTech Connect sits between your systems and your partners'. There's no fixed list: if your operation needs it, we connect it.
On its own
Connect the systems you already run with the brokers, carriers and customers you already work with. The right starting point when integration is today's problem.
With our WMS, TMS and OMS
The most common setup: every ProdTech system plugs into the same layer, and data moves between them — and everyone else — with no manual work.
Connects with
- Your ERP
- Your customers' systems
- Suppliers and vendors
- Brokers and carriers
- E-commerce and marketplaces
- Any other system or service
How it connects
API, EDI, files or portal: however each partner works
Every partner connects the way it already works. ProdTech Connect adapts to them — not the other way around.
API
Real-time, system-to-system connections — the norm with modern platforms, e-commerce and cloud services.
X12 EDI
The standard your trading partners already use for load tenders, shipment status, orders and invoices.
File exchange
For systems that offer nothing else: data arrives as files and comes out just as clean.
Partner portal
For partners with no system of their own: they submit and check information right in the browser.
Built for your operation
How we build every connection
We don't sell off-the-shelf connectors. Every integration is designed for your operation and for the partner on the other side.

Map
We document what each partner sends and expects, in what format and how often.
- 2
Build
We develop the integration around your business rules — and your partner's.
- 3
Test
We validate it with real data from your operation before anything goes live.
- 4
Go live and support
We take it to production with you and stay on as your support team.
The result
What changes when everything runs through one layer
Data entered once
What comes in through one system reaches the rest — nobody types it twice.
One version of every order and load
Your customers, your warehouse, your transportation team and your ERP see the same data at the same time.
Status in real time, not in someone's inbox
What each broker and carrier reports lands in your systems as it happens — no calls, no email.
New partners without a new IT project
A new broker, carrier or customer is one more connection, without touching the ones already running.
Grow your network, not your spreadsheets.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about ProdTech Connect
What is ProdTech Connect?
ProdTech Connect is an integration layer that connects your WMS, TMS, OMS and ERP with your brokers, carriers, customers and any other system — via API or EDI. Every integration is built for your operation.
Can it connect to our brokers and carriers?
Yes. We build the connection to each broker and carrier you work with, by API or EDI, to exchange load tenders, status updates and proof of delivery — no re-keying loads, no chasing updates by email.
Do you support X12 EDI?
Yes. We build X12 EDI integrations with your trading partners — brokers, carriers, customers and retailers — and API integrations wherever a partner offers one.
What's the difference between API and EDI integration?
EDI is the long-standing standard for exchanging business documents with trading partners; APIs connect systems in real time and are common with newer platforms. Many shippers and 3PLs use both, and ProdTech Connect handles each.
Can we connect our ERP to the WMS and TMS?
Yes. Orders, item masters, inventory and shipment confirmations flow both ways between your ERP and our WMS, TMS and OMS — no manual uploads.
Do we need your WMS or TMS to use ProdTech Connect?
No. You can run it on its own to connect the systems you already have, or alongside our WMS, TMS and OMS.
What happens when we add a new broker, carrier or customer?
You add one more connection on the same layer. Existing integrations keep running untouched, so onboarding a partner doesn't turn into a new IT project.
Which systems can ProdTech Connect integrate with?
Any system your operation needs. If it offers an API, EDI or file exchange, we can build the integration — we don't sell a fixed list of connectors.
